Cancellation and Return Policy

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes. I kindly request a 48-hour minimum rescheduling notice. All no-show appointments and appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than 48-hours will be charged in full. All appointments need to be secured in advance by credit card to ensure no-show protection.  I do understand that life can get in the way of your day, so know that I will work with you if an exception to the policy seems appropriate.

 

What if I’m late for my appointment?

I want to ensure that you get the best service each and every time so you can look and feel your absolute best! I will do my best to work with you. However, there may be times that your service may need to be rescheduled for another day.

 

What if you’re late for my appointment?

I will apologize; it is always my intention to keep our appointments timely. Due to the nature of my business there may be occasions where I am running behind, and your patience is appreciated.

 

What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Log into your Square account here to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If it’s a same day cancellation, please call or text 651-485-6244 so I may contact the clients on my wait list.

 

How can I be placed on your wait list?

Log into your Square account here to request services and access  the wait list.

How quickly do you book up?

This depends upon the time of the year and day of the week. However, I am usually booked in advance and would recommend a minimum of two weeks to book a service. Remember to plan ahead for important events and for the holiday season!

 

What is your return policy for products?

I will exchange or issue a credit for any remaining unsatisfactory merchandise. (Do not bring back an empty can of hair spray and ask for your money back. ☺)
