Should I wash my hair before my visit?
Yes, please wash your hair at least 1 day prior to hair service and make sure it is free of any color corrector spray on products.

Do you have a cancellation policy?​
Yes, I kindly request a 48-hour rescheduling notice. All no-show appointments and appointments rescheduled in less than 48-hours will be charged in full. Appointments will be guaranteed in advance by credit card. I do understand that life can get in the way of your day , so know that I will work with you if an excepetion to the policy seems appropriate.
