Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my passion with you. I appreciate you choosing me! I have been deliriously in love with hair since I could hold a comb. I started designing hair in 1974, at the age of five. My girlfriend, Radene, was my very first client, and what a trend setter she was with her bangs completely cut off right to the scalp! Nobody really saw the artist in me until I enrolled at The Aveda Institute in 1992. This is the perfect career choice for me! What better business could a gal be in where she gets to meet unique individuals, gab all day, and make her guests feel like a million bucks?
I have trained with some of the best hair designers in the top salons in the Twin Cities, and I have had many amazing opportunities as an educator myself. I enjoy attending motivational seminars, trade shows and hands on cutting and color classes. I understand the importance of staying current with the new trends and techniques as well as honing my skills in the classics.
